Previous Roles in Business & Commercial & Investment Real Estate:

Director of Acquisitions – DDRS (division of DBSI)– $3 billion national investment realty firm. Headed regional team to acquire large, realty investment assets such as retail shopping centers, office buildings, tech and industrial parks, and land for development.

Vice-President of Investor & Developer Real Estate Lending – Capital One Bank; deal size between $3-12million. Approved or Declined new loan applications for large-scale land development projects, housing builders and investment real estate for customers of 30+ business bankers covering the south-half of Texas.

Director of Property & Asset Management – Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate. Directed eight managers in the Property & Asset Management Department in managing over 4.5 million square feet of commercial income-producing properties in SW Idaho. Portfolio of 142 assets.

COO (Chief Operations Officer) – AmeriMont, Inc. – a diversified real estate company with 8 divisions. Responsible for all operations and financials; reorganized company into 8 new corporate entities training managers of each profit center. Responsibilities for multi-faceted, diverse corporation with nine operating divisions in real estate development, home construction and residential lots, internet service provider [ISP] & related high-tech services, 600-lot mobile home park & dealership, equine facilities and real estate brokerage. Re-positioned marketing for 114 estate lot subdivision and sold 106 lots in 22 months. Completed office-retail building renovation & sold as sale-leaseback. Created six profit centers into separate corporations & trained management.

Managing Broker/Owner – Lundberg & Company Commercial-Investment Real Estate & Property & Asset Management – Leadership, strategic direction, broker training/coaching, asset management, directed property management department, sales, leasing, development consulting, lender consulting and sales training and management of two dozen real estate brokers & agents; at least seven of which went on to operate their own real estate brokerage.

President / Founding Owner – Mountain Air Sports, Inc. – Founder/CEO of three high-performance, outdoor sports retail shops in San Luis Obispo & Santa Barbara, CA – still doing fine almost 30 years later on the same biz plan.
